Transforming PCOS Care With an Inclusive, Personalized Digital Wellness Platform
The Challenge
PCOS affects 1 in 5 women globally, yet most digital health products treat it as a single condition with a one-size-fits-all solution. Veera Health wanted to build something fundamentally different: a platform that acknowledges PCOS is multifactorial, deeply personal, and requires continuous, adaptive care — not just tracking.
Our Approach
Tequity partnered with Veera Health to design and build the full product experience. We started with deep user research — interviewing women at different stages of their PCOS journey — and built the information architecture around their real needs: understanding their condition, tracking symptoms and cycles, accessing expert care, and finding community.
The platform uses an adaptive care model that learns from each user's inputs to surface relevant content, adjust care plan recommendations, and connect them with the right specialists. Design-wise, we prioritized inclusivity — diverse body representation, non-judgmental language, and accessibility at every screen.
The Results
Veera Health launched with a platform that users described as "finally understanding me." Symptom tracking consistency improved dramatically, expert consultation utilization increased, and the platform's NPS put it among the top-rated women's health apps in its category.
