Our Approach
Tequity designed and built a unified property management SaaS from the ground up. The product maps the full property management lifecycle: tenant onboarding, lease management, maintenance ticketing, payment collection, and portfolio analytics — all in one place.
We designed separate interfaces for property managers, tenants, and maintenance vendors, each optimized for their specific workflows. The communication layer integrates WhatsApp and email so tenants can report issues through channels they already use, while managers get structured tickets in the system.
The Results
