Transforming EV Charging Infrastructure With a Scalable, Multi-Tenant Cloud Platform
The Challenge
ChargeZone operated one of India's largest EV charging networks but lacked a unified platform to manage its rapidly growing infrastructure. Station operators, fleet managers, and end users all needed different experiences — while the backend had to handle thousands of concurrent connections with high reliability.
Our Approach
Tequity designed and built a multi-tenant cloud platform from the ground up. The architecture separates operator, fleet, and consumer layers while sharing a common data backbone. Real-time telemetry from every charger feeds into a monitoring dashboard that gives operators instant visibility into station health, utilization, and revenue.
We prioritized a design system that could scale across user types — from a B2B operator portal with complex analytics to a consumer-facing app with frictionless UX.
The Results
The platform unified ChargeZone's entire network under one roof. Station operators gained real-time control, fleet managers could schedule and track charging across locations, and the ops team reduced escalations significantly. The system now handles peak load reliably and has become the foundation for ChargeZone's enterprise growth.
